In the 1960s, Americans expressed themselves in a time of space exploration, civil rights marches and war protests through music. Bands like The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival and The Beatles were (and still are) favorites of the time.

In 1969, through the collaboration of David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash, the legendary Crosby, Stills & Nash trio was born. Four decades ago, the trio united before over 500,000 people at Woodstock. They have since been dubbed the world's first "supergroup" and have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They have earned Grammys and Billboard rankings, and have pursued solo careers. But most importantly to us in Orange County, they will be at the Doheny Blues Festival in Dana Point in May 2010.

Even if you're not a classic rock buff, spring and summer is bringing plenty of musical festivities. From the Doheny Blues Fest to the Mariachi Festival and Orange County Classic Jazz Festival, there's sure to be some tunes that suit you.
